Thermally Conductive Ink

Overview

Thermally Conductive Ink (TCI) is a one-part, non-silicone based, thermally cured paste.  This material can be applied by dispensing and screen printing the paste as a coating or alternatively using an adhesive application process.  The adhesive application process works well in high power electricity module, motor, lighting, automotive, power supply, and home appliances.

TCI resolves the traditional silicone paste disadvantages, including degradation drying, thermal conductivity decay and volatile silicone oils which could contaminate optical components in optics and photoelectric applications.  TCI provides the advantages of high thermal conductivity, excellent reliability, low flow in elevated temperatures and easy processing.  Based on the unique polymer composite technology, this product can be widely used in thermally conductive applications.
